The Brink ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://www.thebrink.com ("website"). By placing an order through this website, you are agreeing to the terms below. These policies are provided so that all parties are aware of the expectations of our service and can make their decisions accordingly. These terms were last updated October 18, 2019.
General
Order fulfillment is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Discount codes may be provided at times for your buying pleasure. If it is found that a discount code has been used outside of its terms or intended use, your order may be canceled and refunded. If you have any questions about the terms of our codes, please send an email to info@thebrink.com.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Shipping is currently only offered domestically in the USA. A tracking number will be sent to the contact email provided once the order has been shipped.

The estimated delivery dates are based on a 2-day processing time and the shipment speed provided by USPS. Business days are Monday - Friday and may exclude holidays. If you have any concerns about the timing of your delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. Shipping labels are printed directly from the information entered at check-out, so please ensure your entered information is correct.

Unfortunately there is always a risk of loss. Items purchased through our site are shipped by a third party carrier (USPS). As a result, risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we do not bear responsibility of loss during shipment, we are happy to help file any shipping claims with the carrier should the need arise.

When the weather is warm, items that have a risk of melting will be shipped with a cold pack. Our cold packs are reusable and recyclable. To recycle, cut open the cold pack and empty the gel into the trash. The gel will evaporate and decompose. The bag can then by put with your plastic recycling. Cold packs are only meant to keep the contents cold for the expected duration of the shipment. If the shipment is left outside or in a non-climate controlled condition for long after the delivery, it will lose its effectiveness and the contents may melt.
Returns
The Brink wants every customer to be happy with their purchases from our Company. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied. You may return non-food items for a refund, minus a small processing fee, as long as request is made within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns for food items or products broken upon use. Items are expected to be returned unused and in their original condition. As we can't unship a product, the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To return an item, send an email to info@thebrink.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Please include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, carefully package your return items and send them to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a secure carrier with a tracking number. If the items are lost or damaged during the return transit, we will be unable to provide a refund. Returned items must arrive back to us within 15 days of receiving the original order.
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, a refund will be processed via the payment method used for the original purchase.

If we accidentally sent you the wrong items, or your item was damaged in transit, let us know as soon as you receive the package by emailing info@thebrink.com. Please include your name, order number, and a picture of the item or damage. We'll make you get your original order and cover any return shipping. If the originally ordered item is no longer in stock, you will be issued a full refund.
